Art Story Held ‘Nikhil Shrishti’ – The Art of Inclusion
Art Story organized a three-day event called ‘Nikhil Shrishti’- The Art of Inclusion on September 8 to September 10. The events were curated by visual artist Bishwajit Goswami. The purpose of the event was to instill the love of art in young children in an inclusive environment, to promote emerging artists, and to auction and sell the paintings of internationally renowned artists.
Day 1 event was an Art Camp for neurodivergent children. Special needs children along with neurotypical children participated in an inclusive environment and engaged in creating beautiful paintings. There was also a workshop for them to make origami. On Day 2, 15 emerging artists participated in the camp and showcased their craftsmanship. On the final day, the Art Story organized a Gala night where 21 paintings of internationally renowned artists were auctioned. The paintings were created by artists from Bangladesh, Japan, and Sri Lanka. The paintings auctioned and sold will go to a non-profit organization that caters to the special need community.
