On 6th November, 2021, EMK center celebrated the inauguration ceremony of a 3-week long group exhibition ‘TIME; As We Know It- Group Exhibition of Fine Art’s Student’ on its premises in Dhanmondi of the capital.
As a part of the celebration, acting director of the EMK Center, Mr. Asif Uddin Ahmed was present with honor along with ten talented young artists and students from the Faculty of Fine Art’s from the University of Dhaka.
This exhibition aims to familiarize general people with their roots of Bengal through the journey of time and to make people think of alternative realities. The exhibition of the majestic artworks and handcrafts were the contribution of these ten young souls -Anika Roy, Fuad Hasan, Procrity Sarker, S M Raahim, Sadia Afrose Piya, Sagufta Nowrin, Shifa Tasnim, Shimanto Ghosh, Tapos Sarker, Tasfia Habib.
Framed artworks surrounded visitors of forty people on the day of exhibition. The exhibition will continue until 27th November, 2021 from 10 am to 8 pm. EMK center welcomes everyone cordially to have a visit to the exhibition space maintaining a proper social distance.
