Edge, The Foundation is hosting “The Making of Kuhu Art III” solo art exhibition by Kuhu Plamondon at Edge Gallery. The exhibition was inaugurated on November 18 and is open to all till November 23.
Kuhu Plamondon is one of the most multi-talented artist of Bangladesh. She graduated in drawing and painting from the Institute of Fine Arts (now Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Dhaka) in 1977. She completed her masters in 1983. She has held several solo and group exhibitions in different parts of the world like Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Denmark and France. Her choice of themes is simple, yet motivating. Her works are mostly engrossed with the feminine form interlacing flora and fauna to her main subjects.
