Tucked in the heart of Gulshan Avenue’s Pink City Shopping Complex is the newly renovated showroom of fashion brand, Sanafir. The brand offers collections that allow any woman to glow with their radiance wrapped in the finest fashion. The pret fashion line offers designer pieces that cater to every unique celebration and occasion, for the contemporary woman who desires to stay on trend, but juggling mounting responsibilities often leaves them wanting for time.
Sanafir’s owner, Shaznin Khan had always aspired towards making her childhood passion for fashion into a sustainable business venture. The enthusiastic support of her family and husband led to the eventual birth of Sanafir. The brand, actually the brainchild of Shaznin and her husband, endearingly owes the name “Sanafir” to an amalgamation of the couple’s names.
Struggling to find ready to wear pieces for festivities and celebrations, Shaznin observed a hole in the Bangladeshi market for exclusive designer wear which she has ventured to fill with a brand sure to create a lasting impression. Making Sanafir’s collection and showroom stand out from the crowd is the owner’s personal touch that envelops its essence. Shazin ensures that every piece under the Sanafir label is up to par both in terms of her tastes and quality.
“My aim is to offer the market exclusive and beautifully crafted designer wear that is also affordable,” says the entrepreneur.
Against the general tide of lacklustre stores in Pink City, Sanafir has renovated their store to more reflect their brand image of elegance and modernity with the soft colour palette of beige allowing the gold accents scattered throughout to pop even more.
The result being a graceful, yet eye-catching outlet.
The store houses an ambience of welcoming, courtesy of a gold structured chandelier, brilliantly illuminating every corner of the quaint store with warmth.
The neutrality of the beige seamlessly blends into the background as the clothing on display takes centre stage, while the aptly placed mirror wall fabricates an illusion of a vast space reflecting back at anyone who is beckoned by the store’s amiability.
The showroom is divided into two sections, one housing the premium collection, the other holding the regular collection. Shaznin Khan alongside, Sanafir’s in-house design team managed to bring to life their charming vision in a limited space, a feat that may likely inspire Sanafir’s neighbouring stores themselves to consider a new vision as well.
